The role focuses on turning incoming leads into qualified opportunities, handling multiple systems, and providing exceptional customer service from the first contact through follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and reference check.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Enjoys talking with people and spending much of the workday on the phone.
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks and computer systems simultaneously.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Has a positive, professional attitude and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Respond to and follow up with new leads through phone and other communication channels.
• Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs, project details, and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments and effectively manage the sales team's calendars.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information across multiple computer systems.
• Follow up with customers after their experience to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Request customer reviews and assist with administrative tasks related to customer care programs.
• Communicate important customer information and opportunities to the sales team.
• Assist with developing and improving marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and lead-conversion process.
