Dandale Fence, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to join our growing team in Silver Spring, MD. You will be the first contact for homeowners and businesses, guiding them through fencing solutions and ensuring the right fit for their property.

We offer a supportive environment with hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and strong earning potential through commissions on top of a base salary. This is a 1099 position with weekly payments and team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home, one-call-close sales experience preferred.
• Must pass background, reference, and credit checks.
• Must have active Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license or eligibility.
• 1099 independent contractor position; available to individuals with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sales representatives are assigned 1 to 3 customers per day in the service area.
• Perform in-home presentations at customers' houses.
• Supported by in-house marketing and print materials to reach homeowners likely to purchase.
• Paid weekly as an independent contractor.

Requirements

• You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a smart phone, and a computer.
• Must pass a background check, reference check and credit check
• Must have active Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC)
• Candidates who take the sales assessment, and answer the phone questionnaire associated with this job will be prioritized over other candidates.
• This is a 1099 position.
• An individual who is competitive and enjoys the thrill of making a deal work!
• 2+ years of in-home, one call close sales experience preferred. Paid training will be provided for all Sales Representatives.
• Process driven Sales Representatives tend to do very well.
• Sales Representatives must commit to our "one call close" sales process.
• **MUST BE A CLOSER** and maintain a 35% close rate on leads assigned.

Responsibilities

• Sales Representatives are assigned 1 to 3 customers per day. Customers will be located in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas.
• Sales Representatives drive directly to the customers house and do an in-home presentation.
• Sales Representatives are supported by in house marketing and print material so you can target homeowners who are statistically proven to buy at a higher rate. We provide a great support team to help you succeed!
• Sales Representatives are paid weekly, as an independent contractor.
