Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement teams and drive improvements.
• Guide teams with improvement activities and methodology.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and display studies.
• Develop action plans to improve cost and quality.
• Prepare performance reports for committees and leaders.
• Support regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 initiatives.
