Job summary

Eaton’s Moon Township, PA facility seeks a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to own the overall mechanical design of new technologies and prototype/testing activities for ARS Innovation projects.

You will work with Commercial and Industrial Product Managers across divisions, coordinating with internal teams to meet schedules and target costs. A hybrid work schedule is offered with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Five (5)+ years of design, modeling, and simulation experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control, and lead multiple projects with local and remote teams.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure clear, complete specifications aligned with customer voice.
• Ensure CAD modeling, simulations, analysis, and drawing release; coordinate with compliance teams.
• Manage prototyping and testing to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Present project status at Executive Tollgate Sessions.
