Jacobs is seeking an experienced Major Crossings Design-Build Principal to lead pursuit, planning, and execution of large bridge and transportation projects across the US. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, develop proposals, and maintain strong client relationships to expand Jacobs' design-build presence.

The role requires 15+ years in highway/bridge infra, a P.E. license, and a track record in Design-Build or alternative delivery on multi-hundred million-dollar programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• P.E. registration required.
• 15+ years of experience in complex highway/bridge projects.
• Experience as Design Manager or senior design leader on large transportation infra projects.
• Proven Design-Build or ALTERNATIVE delivery on projects >$500M.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design management for large, complex Design-Build and alternate delivery projects.
• Represent Jacobs at client meetings and industry events across geographies.
• Mentor bridge and highway design managers and promote best practices.
• Oversee pursuit activities including proposals and ATC development.
• Coordinate with project controls, scheduling, and construction teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
