Job summary

Innova Solutions in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Lead Fullstack Java/AI Engineer for a 12-month contract. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home, focusing on designing and deploying AI applications using LLMs and agent frameworks.

You will lead teams to integrate LLM models with WOT products, build scalable Java/Python applications on OpenShift, and mentor junior engineers while staying ahead of AI advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI solutions.
• Strong software development background.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, OpenShift containers.
• Hands-on design and deployment of LLM-based applications.
• Experience in data engineering.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including deep learning, NLP and computer vision.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy AI applications using LLMs, agent frameworks, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with WOT products and systems.
• Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift and related technologies.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and apply to improve systems and develop new ones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models.
• Lead, design, develop, test, and implement components, models, analytics to manage complex business functions.
