Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Lead AI Engineer w/ RAG and Python to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise transformation. You will architect scalable, secure AI systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks while guiding the technical direction.

This permanent direct-hire role offers hybrid work (onsite in Holmdel NJ or NY three days a week) with compensation ranging from six figures to reflect DOE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI development and engineering, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and model orchestration.
• Ability to build secure, compliant API solutions.
