Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Software Engineer IV focused on AI Concepts and Generative AI for Banking/Finance. The position is full-time, 12-month contract (W2) with extension, located in Raleigh/Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX with a 3-day hybrid on-site schedule.

Responsibilities include designing AI-powered apps, building AI agents, and delivering POCs using LLMs and RAG. Strong Python, SDLC, Agile, and cloud experience required.

Qualifications

• Solid software development fundamentals.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and frameworks like LangChain or ADK.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building secure applications with a cybersecurity-focused mindset.
• AI certifications from AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent AI agents using LangChain, ADK, or similar frameworks.
• Develop POCs and prototypes for business challenges using LLMs and RAG.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Follow SDLC best practices including version control, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in weekly demonstrations of AI solutions and use cases.
• Develop secure, scalable, cloud-native apps on Azure, GCP, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps to deploy and maintain AI apps.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tech and recommend value-driving solutions.
