Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC seeks an AI Technical Lead to drive Java enterprise applications and Agentic AI workflows. You’ll own architecture, optimize LLM usage, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions across backend, frontend, and insurance-domain requirements.

Hybrid role in Detroit, MI, 3 days onsite per week, 12+ month W2 contract for USC/GC candidates. Strong Java, Spring Boot, Claude API, and AI tooling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of Java enterprise apps and AI workflows.
• Strong expertise with Java 21, Spring Boot, and AI toolchains.
• Proven experience with relational DBs, REST design, and Dockerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of enterprise Java applications and Agentic AI workflows.
