Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Agentic AI - Senior Lead to design, build and deploy agentic AI systems in production. The role involves architecting tool-augmented LLM workflows and integrating with enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and deploying AI solutions in business operations, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a hybrid Charlotte, NC role with a W2 contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs in production.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in business operations.
• Understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, orchestration and function calling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs in production environments.
• Architect tool-augmented LLM workflows, including function calling, orchestration, and system integrations.
• Embed AI into enterprise platforms using MCP tools or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks and enterprise-grade AI platforms that scale across operations.
• Collaborate with business users and operational teams to deploy AI solutions in live settings.
• Translate enterprise workflows into executable AI-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize deployed solutions for reliability and performance.
• Partner with AI engineering, product, and operations teams for end-to-end execution.
