Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare analytics, statistics or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare analytics or data roles with employer group focus.
• 5+ years' experience with SQL, SAS or Snowflake.
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau or QlikSense.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate membership and claim data to identify trends that lower costs and improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Provide strategic analytic thought leadership to account and physician service departments and clients.
• Create customized reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging data technologies and tools.
• Handle ad hoc data requests with independence.
