Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis.
• 7+ years of experience designing electrical systems for high-performing commercial or industrial facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience mentoring and training others in the field.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical and professional deliverables for projects and proposals.
• Lead the development of initial electrical system concepts and work plans.
• Design complex electrical medium voltage and low voltage distribution systems and building services.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline project teams, vendors, and owners.
• Perform project management tasks including proposals, budgets, and client interactions.
• Conduct site surveys and oversee construction administration.
