EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including authentication, state management, and multi-agent orchestration. You will work across AI, Security, Data, and Infra to deliver scalable, auditable architectures.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree and AI experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI-native design processes and identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, IDEs, code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsabilités

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking against evaluative criteria.
• Develop comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Assess emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
