Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architect experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control for scalable enterprise use. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end architecture, including agent authentication, state management, tool usage, policy definition, and telemetry, while driving open research and IP development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in STEM field with strong AI foundation.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and modern software IDE, CI/CD and code hosting.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Architect agent identity/authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for open-source AI models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Lead teams and collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infra.
