Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in AI Agent Control. You will design scalable control harnesses for multiagent systems and ensure secure identity, authentication, and observability across enterprise deployments.

The role demands hands-on development, collaboration with AI, Security and Infra teams, and active participation in research and IP development. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools and code assist.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms.
• Architect agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training tuning environments and synthesis models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
