Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or pipeline development.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads and activity.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity or performance metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline).
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: generate qualified enterprise-level leads via outbound calls, referrals, networking, and campaigns.
• Pipeline Development & CRM Management: maintain accurate data in Salesforce and track outcomes.
• Client Engagement & Qualification: conduct discovery to understand needs and present language services solutions.
• Cross-Sell & Market Awareness: collaborate to identify opportunities and stay informed on market trends.
