Pfizer is seeking a Developer Surfaces Lead to shape the technical direction and delivery of Spark Pro's desktop, web, and MCP surfaces. You will influence across teams, owning architecture, security, and developer experiences from inception to production.

The role requires strong hands-on credibility with Electron and Vue, excellent collaboration with cross-functional partners, and a passion for building scalable, private-by-design solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in frontend, desktop, or developer tooling engineering.
• DevOps & Agile experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Electron and Vue.

• Document work and maintain code quality and security.
• Provide technical clarity and ballpark estimates.
