Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Engineer (Layer 2 Provisioning) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. The ideal candidate will handle Layer 2 provisioning for E-Line/ELAN, leveraging CLI for provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting while collaborating with Segra's IP/Ethernet networks team.

Requirements include 4+ years in networking or Layer 2 provisioning, strong Cisco knowledge, and a degree in Engineering or related field. Ciena SAOS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting via CLI.
• Minimum of 4 years in networking engineering, or 4 years in layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for Segra Networks, IP, and Ethernet Networks.
• Perform Layer 2 provisioning tasks, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
