Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Engineer (Layer 2 Provisioning) to join our full-time team. This role focuses on provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting E-Line and ELAN services, with in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks.

The hybrid position requires at least three days in the office with two remote days weekly, and a strong candidate will have Cisco expertise, solid communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting via CLI.
• 4+ years in networking engineering or Layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; multiple tracks acceptable.
