Segra in Dallas, TX is seeking a Network Engineer (Layer 2 Provisioning) for a full-time hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two remote days each week. You will provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks, focusing on Layer 2 provisioning.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in networking or Layer 2 provisioning for E-Line/ELAN, strong Cisco equipment knowledge, and CLI-based provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in networking engineering or Layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Experience provisioning, testing, or troubleshooting via CLI.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.
• Preferred: provisioning experience with Ciena SAOS (6,8,10) and Ring/Linear services.
