Job summary

Segra seeks a qualified Network Engineer (Layer 2 Provisioning) to join as a full-time hybrid role with in-office and remote work. The engineer will provision, test, and troubleshoot E-Line/ELAN services, using CLI on Cisco equipment, and provide in-depth support for Segra’s networks.

Minimum 4 years in networking or Layer 2 provisioning, with strong Cisco knowledge and customer-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with E-Line/ELAN provisioning, testing or troubleshooting via CLI.
• Minimum 4 years in networking engineering or layer-2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for Segra Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks.
• Perform Layer 2 provisioning tasks, including provisioning, testing and troubleshooting via CLI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
