Job summary

GT Independence is seeking a Launch & Enablement Specialist to support readiness for new product releases. You will coordinate communications, training, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful launches.

You will track readiness, prepare release notes and adoption materials, and support post-launch feedback across multiple teams. This role requires strong organization and collaboration to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-workstream tracking.
• Clear written communication for polished operational materials.
• Experience supporting meetings, trainings, or launches.
• Ability to work with product, technology, operations, support, and training stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support launch readiness by maintaining trackers, action items, timelines, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, meeting logistics, readiness reminders, and training invites.
• Assist with preparing release notes, FAQs, support guides, training materials, and adoption materials.
• Collect readiness inputs from Operations, Support, Training, Compliance, Communications, Product Owners, and IT Development.
• Track stakeholder questions, open decisions, training needs, support gaps, launch risks, and post-launch feedback.
• Help coordinate training sessions, demos, office hours, readiness reviews, and launch retrospectives.
• Maintain organized launch documentation in shared tools and ensure materials are current and accessible.
• Support post-launch monitoring by capturing feedback and documenting adoption themes.
• Assist the Launch & Enablement Manager in improving templates, checklists, and process consistency.
• Provide project coordination support across multiple releases or readiness workstreams as needed.
