Job summary

B-Stock is seeking a Launch Manager to turn new supply opportunities into scalable marketplace programs, guiding them from pilot to growth and ultimately establishing sellers on the platform.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Project Management to launch new programs and build momentum on the platform. Expect to use AI to automate intake, pilot setup, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementations, early-stage customer success, strategy and business operations, or related client success in e‑commerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
• Proven ability to own outcomes across a portfolio of accounts, launches, or programs with growth metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own new seller launches from intake through pilot design, scale, and post-launch growth.
• Drive seller growth post-launch by analyzing performance and expanding inventory.
• Manage partner relationships post-sale with 3PL, donation, and RMS partners as the primary commercial contact.
• Develop launch strategies including pricing and success criteria in partnership with Sales.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Project Management.
• Build and improve the launch playbook using data, AI, and learnings from each program.
