Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and with collective bargaining agreements. You will represent the agency in grievance processes, before MCAD, Civil Service Commission, and, when needed, before the Labor Relations Commission, providing day-to-day counseling to agency managers on labor issues.
