ADM is seeking a seasoned Labor Relations Manager to provide strategic labor relations leadership across North America. This exempt role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Human Resources, and site management teams in developing and implementing labor and employee relations strategies that support business goals while fostering a positive employee experience.

Competenze

Minimum seven years of progressive labor relations experience.
Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations.
Experience supporting proactive and reactive employee and labor relations matters.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, contract administration, and grievance handling.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

Develop and lead labor relations strategy and union-related activities.
Serve as chief spokesperson for collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
Provide guidance on investigations, discipline, and corrective actions within unionized environments.
Develop leadership training and coaching focused on employee relations.
Partner with HR, Legal, Operations, and external counsel to ensure compliance.
