Qualified candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Georgia bar in good standing, 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience, and a proven record in employment litigation

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
Significant experience in employment litigation, including state and federal courts.
Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team.
Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and agencies.
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
