Job summary

JCDecaux North America seeks an experienced Labor & Employee Relations Specialist to support unionized workforce and field operations. You will be the primary on-site HR representative at the Maspeth warehouse two days per week and one day at the Empire State Building, with two days remote, collaborating with Operations and EHS.

You will help strengthen safety culture, apply CBAs consistently, manage employee data, and support policy development in a fast-paced, national operations context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Labor and Industrial Relations, or Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years HR experience with focus on employee and labor relations and CBAs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR representative at Maspeth warehouse 2 days/week and at Empire State Building 1 day/week.
• Support managers with performance documentation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate FMLA, Workers’ Comp and other leaves for union employees; maintain HRIS data and reporting.
