Arrae is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist in Los Angeles to blend creative thinking with data-driven decisions across paid media channels. You will translate performance signals into compelling hooks, write scripts, and guide design partners through production.

With 2+ years of experience delivering performance-driven creative for Meta/TikTok, you will craft hooks, refine messaging, and edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools to drive higher CTR and lower CPA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing performance-driven creative for paid media (Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms).
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
• Ability to concept and write hooks, scripts, and messaging angles that stop the scroll.
• Understanding how creative affects CTR, CPA, and conversion rate, and using signals to inform iteration.
• Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed creative briefs — concepting ideas, writing conversion-driven copy, and providing visual direction for designers and agency partners across paid channels.
• Write short-form video scripts and compelling hooks for paid ads, including UGC and founder-led content.
• Balance iteration and innovation — scale what works while testing new ideas to expand performance.
• Help manage the creative production process, coordinating with designers and media buyers to keep assets organized and delivered on time.
• Stay up-to-date with competitive and cultural trends to identify opportunities for paid media.
