PlanetArt seeks a dynamic marketing leader to own the creative engine behind Meta and TikTok campaigns across brands. You will oversee concept to final cut, driving CAC and ROAS with a strong e‑commerce mindset.

Ideal candidates have senior experience in performance marketing, data‑driven decision making, and a track record of delivering high‑impact campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Calabasas with on‑site collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing creative development with paid social focus.
• Proven track record optimizing e‑commerce ad creative for ROAS and CPA.
• Leadership of multi‑campaign creative across products or categories.
• Portfolio showing performance‑driven campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social campaigns.
• Set creative guidelines aligned with brand identity and performance goals.
• Use AI ad production platform to accelerate campaign development.
• Review all ad creative prior to publication for quality and impact.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and media buyers to ensure cohesion.
