Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer to provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks. You will work on provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting via CLI, leveraging strong Cisco equipment knowledge to ensure reliable services.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office with two remote days each week, and offers a path to advance within Segra’s fiber‑optic network operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, and/or troubleshooting via CLI.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in networking engineering, or 4+ years in layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line and ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks.
• Perform provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
