Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer to provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks. The role requires provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting E-Line and ELAN services via CLI with strong Cisco equipment knowledge.

A hybrid work setup is offered, with at least three days in office and two remote days weekly. Candidates should have 4+ years in networking engineering or Layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN, and preferably experience with Ciena SAOS

Qualifications

• Experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, or troubleshooting via CLI.
• 4+ years in networking engineering or 4+ years in Layer 2 provisioning for E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.
• Preferred: provisioning experience with Ciena SAOS 6/8/10 devices.
• 6+ years troubleshooting network hardware and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provision, test, and troubleshoot E-Line and ELAN services via CLI.
• Support Segra Networks, IP and Ethernet provisioning activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fulfill provisioning tasks.
