Job summary

Equitable is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and facilitate curricula aligned to enterprise skills, leadership development, and ways of working. You will work with the Learning & Development team to enhance performance and grow enterprise capabilities.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site 2–3 days per week. Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $110,000, with additional incentives and benefits based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years designing and developing training curricula and learning programs with experience leading sessions.
• 2+ years in an agile culture (iterative development, continuous improvement, MVPs).
• Ability to present complex topics logically and succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solve, design and develop data-driven performance solutions to improve enterprise capabilities.
• Design, develop and facilitate content and curricula for leadership development and enterprise skills.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders in ambiguous environments to deliver outcomes.
• Create and implement new capabilities, programs and solutions focused on collaboration and results.
