Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an entry-level L&D Training Support in California to help design, deliver, and optimize learning programs across the Learning Solution Lifecycle. The role emphasizes collaboration with L&D, HR, and partner teams to ensure high-quality training experiences.

This hybrid position supports the development and execution of training initiatives, processes, and operational systems to meet audience needs and drive learning outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates on global and cross-organizational teams on needs assessment, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
• Completes small independent projects as assigned.
• Supports project lifecycle from development to implementation.
• Achieves assigned operational goals and contributes to budgeting and tracking/reporting.
• Builds knowledge in assigned content areas.
• Supports introduction of new methods and processes for improving project operations.
• Builds knowledge of L&D strategies aligned with business priorities.
