Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking an Entry Learning & Development professional to support training programs across the Learning Solution Lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with global teams to plan, develop, and implement training initiatives that align with business priorities.

You will contribute to program design, coordination of activities, and delivery, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring ~2 days per week in an HPE office.

Job Description

Job Family Definition:

Responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to training across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL). Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

• Supports the introduction of new methods and processes for improving project operations.
• Builds knowledge of L&D strategies, how they align with business priorities, and project objectives.

Education And Experience Required

• First level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0-1 years of experience.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

United States of America: Hourly Salary USD 25.63 - 47.36 in California
