Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development or related HR programs.
• Experience managing leadership development programs including logistics, communications, cohort management, and measurement.
• Experience with external vendors, budgets, invoices, and learning materials.
• Experience delivering learning content across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
• Knowledge of learning analytics, reporting, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, measure, and continually improve leadership and employee development programs.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of senior leader and leadership programs, including nominations and scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics, communication, materials, and participant follow-up for cohorts.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships to meet program objectives.
• Develop resources and materials to support leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
