Job summary

USU is expanding its USU Knowledge practice and seeks a Knowledge Consultant to lead enterprise clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to go-live and adoption. You will work directly with enterprise clients to deploy USU Knowledge, shape knowledge strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes beyond go-live.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to influence the US Knowledge delivery framework within a growing North American practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations or consulting projects in a B2B setting.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders including executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical concepts to business audiences.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple engagements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead USU Knowledge deployment projects from kickoff to go-live with client and internal teams.
• Define KPIs, build delivery roadmaps, and manage scoping, migration, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to meet client commitments.
• Design knowledge architecture and governance, including AI-ready knowledge bases.
• Facilitate workshops and training to upskill client teams and drive adoption.
• Create tutorials and guides to support rollout and long-term self-sufficiency.
• Anticipate risks and drive corrective actions proactively.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert.
• Serve as first contact post-go-live for client questions and issue escalation.
• Contribute to refining the USU Knowledge delivery methodology for the US market.
