Qualifications

• Experience in interior remodeling sales, kitchen and bath design, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Conduct in-home consultations and take measurements for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Create layouts, selections, and visual concepts using design software.
• Present design ideas, material selections, and detailed proposals.
• Educate clients on products, timelines, and remodeling process.
• Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams for seamless project handoff.
• Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and product offerings.
