Job summary

nTech Workforce is seeking a Jr Project Manager to support the DER Closeout Team during a contract transition and ensure the orderly closeout of projects placed into service.

You will handle administrative, financial, and reporting requirements, manage closeout documentation, coordinate with Plant Accounting, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, coordination, or closeout administration.
• Proficiency in administrative workflow tracking, project financial coordination, and closeout reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process closeout CREQS, CPAs, and CCRs for in-service, withdrawn, and past-due projects.
• Submit FIN005 documentation to Plant Accounting.
• Request final accounting and coordinate customer refunds and invoicing.
• Support the investigation and resolution of project closeout issues.
• Maintain the project closeout tracker to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth end-to-end closeout processes.
