Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants seeks a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist with planning, coordination, scheduling, and reporting across engineering projects. You will help ensure projects stay on track and align with established goals while supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing project schedules, defining milestones, and coordinating resources to support successful project execution.
• Track project activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and help develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and potential challenges to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, presentations, schedules, and budget information.
• Support the implementation of project management procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, and track follow-up action items.
• Assist with improving project workflows, processes, and reporting practices.
• Help maintain productive working relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
