Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track project activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and help develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and potential challenges to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, presentations, schedules, and budget information.
• Support the implementation of project management procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, and track follow-up action items.
• Assist with improving project workflows, processes, and reporting practices.
• Help maintain productive working relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
