Job summary

nTech Workforce is seeking a Jr Project Manager (PMA) to support the DER Closeout Team during a contract transition. You will handle administrative, financial, and reporting tasks to formally close out projects after they go in service, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will manage closeout documentation, coordinate with accounting, and address issues to maintain a smooth end-to-end process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of project management, coordination, or closeout administration experience.
• Proficient in administrative workflow tracking, project financial coordination, and closeout reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with process compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process closeout CREQS, CPAs, and CCRs for in-service, withdrawn, and past-due projects.
• Submit FIN005 documentation to Plant Accounting.
• Request final accounting and coordinate customer refunds and invoicing.
• Support investigation and resolution of project closeout issues.
• Prepare In-Service-to-Close status reporting.
• Maintain the project closeout tracker to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end closeout processes.
