Responsibilities

Perform network support and maintenance tasks, including patching, cabling, and Layer 1 troubleshooting.
Assist with administration and upkeep of on-premises network infrastructure and connectivity services.
Support deployment and integration of CSP solutions in a hybrid environment.
Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and connectivity issues across technologies and locations.
Partner with infrastructure and systems teams to maintain network stability and performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and system updates.
Provide hands-on assistance with network equipment installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
