Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network support, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Experience with Layer 1 networking, cabling, patching, and physical infrastructure support.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and enterprise networking principles.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform network support and maintenance tasks, including patching, cabling, and Layer 1 troubleshooting.
• Assist with administration and upkeep of on-premises network infrastructure and connectivity services.
• Support deployment and integration of cloud service provider solutions in a hybrid environment.
• Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and connectivity issues across technologies and locations.
• Partner with infrastructure and systems teams to maintain network stability and performance.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and updates.
• Provide hands-on assistance with network equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
