Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Comfortable with software and quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to explain things clearly and patiently.
• Bonus: internship or work experience in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Handle the onboarding setup; account and household setup.
• Support clients' daily use of the platform and updates.
• Be the first line for routine advisor questions.
• Leverage AI workflows to help clients get comfortable.
• Keep clear notes for team and product follow-up.
