Alphathena, a Chicago-based startup, is seeking a Client Success Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will help RIA clients set up accounts, get them running smoothly, and answer advisor questions on how to use the platform.

You’ll start with onboarding setup, support daily use of the platform, act as the first contact for routine inquiries, and work with AI workflows to guide clients. Strong organization and clear communication are essential; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in wealth management and how advisors work with their clients. Internship or work experience in the industry is a plus.
• Comfortable with software and quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to explain things clearly and patiently.

Responsabilités

• Handle the setup work during onboarding, including account and household setup, loading client data, and checking that everything is in place before go-live.
• Support clients' daily use of the platform, including harvesting, rebalancing, and account updates.
• Be the first point of contact for routine advisor questions, and bring more involved issues to the Client Success Manager.
• Use the platform's AI workflows every day and help clients get comfortable with them.
• Keep clear notes on client requests and issues so the team and product can follow up.
