Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Manager with extensive ITS and Smart Mobility experience to lead, expand, and deliver high-impact transportation technology projects across Texas and beyond. This full-time, hybrid role combines leadership, technical delivery, and business development to win and execute work.

Based in Texas, you will manage client relationships with state and local agencies, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive market growth, and shape the strategic direction of the ITS and Smart

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of related work experience.
• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ITS and Smart Mobility projects from pursuit through implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with state, regional, and local transportation agencies, municipalities, toll authorities, and other public-sector clients.
• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in Texas and beyond, including task orders, on-call contracts, and major pursuits.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence in ITS, connected infrastructure, traffic systems, transportation technology, and smart mobility solutions.
• Oversee technical teams delivering solutions related to traffic management systems, connected vehicle infrastructure, tolling, transit technology, communications networks, data systems, and emerging mobility technologies.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and high performance.
