AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. seeks an experienced ITS PS&E project lead in the Central Texas region, based in Austin with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead ITS and Traffic Engineering design tasks for CTRMA, manage work plans, schedules, budgets, and profitability, and serve as primary client contact.

You will guide a project team, draft addenda and change orders, and collaborate with senior management to ensure timely billing and delivery. P.E.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience since B.S. (or 9+ since M.S.).
• P.E. license is required.
• Experience with traffic engineering software such as HCS, Synchro/Sim-Traffic, Vissim preferred.
• OpenRoads experience required; AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead ITS and Traffic Engineering design tasks or projects for CTRMA.
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project budgets and profitability; ensure timely billing and collections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on assigned projects; draft routine contract addenda and change orders.
• Direct and coordinate the work of the project team; provide guidance to staff.
