Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in cash management or financial services.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in item processing or related financial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process checks, deposits, bill pay, and related items.
• Use item processing systems to ensure accuracy and timely completion of transactions.
• Review processed transactions to identify and correct errors.
• Perform data entry to maintain financial records with high accuracy.
• Maintain retention and storage of ATM and remittance work.
• Review deposit reporting aligned with Regulation CC for ATM and mobile deposits.
• Respond to member, branch, and department inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Validate and verify information to minimize processing errors.
• Deliver exemplary service to members, branches and staff with efficiency and courtesy.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with fraud prevention to enhance security protocols.
