Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and assess checking accounts with overdrafts and take action.
• Execute closure procedures for overdrawn accounts per policy.
• Respond to member requests for account information with accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information for research and adjustments.
• Provide service to members via telephone with courtesy and efficiency.
• Generate and analyze production reports related to checking operations.
• Oversee processing of foreign checks and ensure compliance.
• Assist with other department tasks to maintain daily operations.
