Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience with cash management or financial industry.
• 1+ years' experience with customer service.
• Experience in item processing or related financial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and assess checking accounts with overdrafts, taking appropriate actions to minimize risk.
• Execute closure procedures for accounts that remain overdrawn beyond acceptable timeframes, adhering to policies.
• Handle internal and external member requests for account information and research promptly.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather required information for research requests and adjustment processing.
• Address and resolve member requests for adjustments and discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve member concerns, disputes related to checking accounts efficiently.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the fraud prevention team to enhance security protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to members via telephone with courtesy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies pertaining to checking operations.
• Stay informed of industry updates and participate in ongoing training for compliance.
• Generate and analyze production reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Oversee processing of foreign checks with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide comprehensive support across the department.
